For our collab with our friends at Long Live we wanted to dig deep into our shared love of Tokyo and make a lager that you might find in the Konbinis of Shibuya and Shinjuku.
Exceptionally dry and crisp with unique earthy notes imparted by the incorporation of brown rice into the recipe, balanced with the lemony/herbal hoppiness of Sorachi Ace Hops.
