Rosa Chromatica
Rosa Chromatica is truly an IPA of another color. Mosaic, Citra and Vic Secret are three of our favorite hops, and we dry-hopped this Dragon Fruit IPA with plenty of em! Adding to the already tropical nature of this brew is a hefty quantity of dragonfruit to accentuate the flavor and give this beer its brilliant color.
Hops: Vic Secret, Citra, Mosaic
Malt: Pilsner Malt, Flaked Oats, White Wheat Malt
Adjuncts: Red Dragonfruit
